you save. The Hospital Locator function is an extremely easy-to-use but
informative feature. You can look for information on a specific hospital, or
you can locate hospitals within defined search parameters. |
| How to Find a Specific Hospital |
| To find information on a specific hospital, simply enter
the hospital name and click "Search". The results presented will minimally
include the hospital address and phone number. Some hospitals provide extensive
and detailed information. Those facilities will have a "more information"
button alongside their listing. Click on "more information" to access that
hospital's report.

| How to Find a Hospital in Your Area |
| To find hospitals in your area, you must enter information
in at least one field that includes city, state, or zip code. To define your
selection further, enter your zip code, select a "Search Within This Distance"
field from the drop-down box, and click "Search". The results presented will
minimally include the hospital address and phone number. Some hospitals provide
extensive and detailed information. Those facilities will have a "more
information" button alongside their listing. Click on "more information" to
access that hospital's report. |
