your distance criterion. You can also select a medical specialty from the
drop-down box for more specific results. This type of search will provide the
result of any Member Physician per your criterion that is contained in our
database at this time. |

| Searching by name is used to help verify a specific
physician's particular area of medical specialty, or to simply locate their
address and/or telephone number. You can locate a physician by entering the
physician's last name in that field. Even without any additional information
provided, your search results will display any results that match your
criterion.
